The
HEF Range Of Annealing Furnaces
Features
-
Low initial cost
- Clean
and simple operation
- Precise
temperature control
- High
output
- Consistent
stress relieving
The
annealing furnace is a floor-mounted continuous mesh-belt
electric conveyor furnace for stress relieving silicon iron
transformer cores in an air atmosphere at an optimum temperature
of 800°C.
The
heating chamber is of 2 and 3 zone construction with heating
elements situated above and below the belt. Insulation is
of low thermal mass and is graded for maximum thermal efficiency.
Drive
of the nickel chrome belt is by a variable speed motor, reduction
gearbox and pinch rollers.
The
control panel has an impressive array of sophisticated instruments
which will ensure precise temperature control and consistent
annealing results. This panel can be mounted either on or
adjacent to the loading end of the furnace.
Two
standard versions of this furnace are available:
- HEF
045: Rated at 45 kw (maximum). Belt width 300 mm. 2 heat
control zones.
- HEF
063: Rated at 63 kW (maximum). Belt width 300 mm. 3 heat
control zones.
